Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Article 16 Clinic
Job Description: Caseload conducting psychotherapy with adults with developmental disabilities. Also conduct psychosocial and psychosexual evaluations on a regular weekly basis with children and adults with developmental disabilities.
Requirements: New York State LCSW required.
Excellence in writing and completing all documentation required.
Annual Salary $60,369 to $68,963
Fee for service is available.

Community Habilitation Workers
Job Description: Provide services such as assistance, training, and supervision with activities of daily living, such as developing routines, meal preparation, light household tasks, safety in the community, health promotion, public transportation, personal responsibility, shopping, socialization, personal care and budgeting skills to assist individuals in achieving their goals, personal values and outcomes.
Hourly rate $18.76
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent from an approved school of secondary education. One (1) year of experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
We also seek applicants who are Bilingual (Spanish/English).
