As we begin to think about our centennial, we are proud of our commitment to people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and intellectual/developmental disabilities throughout New York and our efforts to enrich and improve their lives. Our mission is to work in partnership with families and communities to enable children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to lead meaningful lives. This provides the foundation and basis for all the work we do. Although we have grown and changed over the past century, our dedication to the people we serve, and the familial feeling among our staff and those we serve remained consistent. Individual care, a partnership with each family and ongoing staff development-these remain consistent guideposts.
We encourage you to read about the broad range of services we provide and are pleased to introduce you to some of our children and adult individuals and our staff. We hope our website gives you a sense of the work we are doing — and the compassion and commitment with which we do it.
